Can you fish the ponds?
No although Rudd/roach etc are in the ponds you can’t fish them. There are a lot of places
nearby to fish freshwater or sea fishing.
Do you have self catering?
Yes the luxury lodges are available to hire weekly or for short breaks in low season.
Do we need to book in advance?
It is necessary to book for high season.
What amps are the hook ups?
16 amp
Do you have entertainment?
We are a quiet rural park with a bar but no entertainment.
Do you have free showers and hot water?
We have a new facilities block with free showers and hot water.
Can we have barbeques?
Yes barbeques on legs can be used. For disposable types, blocks are available from reception.
All barbeques must be placed in a safe position and not inside tents and away from sources of
ignition and gas. No open fires are permitted on the park. No wood is to be collected on the
park for barbeques.
Can we start our holiday on any day or just Saturdays ?
Is there a minimum number of nights we have to stay/What is the minimum booking period?
If pitches are available your camping holiday can start on any day of the week and can be for
any number of days.
Do you accept dogs/pets?
Yes we accept up to 2 dogs per pitch. They have to be kept on a lead on the park and must not be
left unattended on the park. There is a dog exercise paddock of approx 3 acres for your dog’s
enjoyment. All fouling must be collected and disposed of. We do not accept dogs in the lodges.
Are you open all year? The lodges are open all year.
The touring and camping is open from March
until November and the caravans have a 50 week season.
What size are the pitches?
Pitches differ in size so on booking or making an enquiry please specify
the size of your unit.
Can I choose a specific pitch and can we be on adjoining pitches?
We try to meet all requests and we endeavour to ensure that bookings will
not be moved, but there may be circumstances which can lead to it becoming necessary to do so.
Do you do refunds? / Do you give refunds if it rains?
