Directions

From the M5 towing a trailer.
Take junction 27 west on the A361.
Continue for 33 miles to Barnstaple.
At roundabout follow the A39 west towards Bideford.
At third roundabout turn left on to the B3232 towards Torrington, continue for 9 miles.
In Torrington at first roundabout turn right, at second roundabout turn left on the A386.
Continue for 2.5 miles, Smytham Manor's entrance will be on your right.

From Exeter.
Join the A30 heading west to Okehampton.
At Okehampton exit the A30 on to the B3260 head in to Okehampton.
At trafic lights on cross roads in the center of town, turn right towards Hathleigh and the A386.
Continue north on the A386 for 17 miles.
You will see Smytham Manor's entrance on the left just before Little Torrington.
