The Holiday Homes at Smytham are laid out in two distinct areas. The first is situated on the south facing side of the shallow valley that is Smytham. Looking out across this valley, or the woodland ponds towards the west end of the park. the second area is higher up on the south side of Smytham, giving fantastic views over the surounding country side. Most Holiday Homes have a southern aspect to take advantage of the sun all day, so you can sit out and relax with a glass of wine and a good book on your veranda or just relax and enjoy the view. If you are feeling more energetic why not ride or walk the Tarka Trail which you can access straight from the park.

If you wish to take full advantage of Smytham's 50 week a year licence, then gas fired central heating and full double glazing may be best for you. If you would prefer to stay just for the summer then a full sun deck will take advantage of the good weather.
