Park Rules

  1. All occupiers and visitors must conduct themselves with due regard to the safety, comfort and enjoyment of others at all times and must adhere to the behaviour standards.
  2. Visitors are welcome to visit you on your pitch. All visitors must be booked in through Reception upon arrival at the park. Visitors must abide by the Terms & Conditions and Park Rules. Any visitors may be charged the extra person rate. Any cars must be parked in the parking area and may incur the extra car rate. Any visitors on the Park after 10.30pm will be charged the nightly rate. Visitors cannot use the swimming pools.
  3. Pets must be on a short lead even on your pitch except in the dog exercise area, they are never to be left unattended under any circumstances and any fouling is collected and disposed of in the bins.
  4. No breeds subject to the dangerous dog’s act 1991 are to come on to the Park.
  5. Only 2 dogs per pitch.
  6. Nothing in the Park rules prevents you or a member of your party from bringing an assistance dog to the Park or from using the dog exactly as at home.
  7. You must pitch on your pitch as directed by our staff to ensure your safety.
  8. CCTV is located around the Park for purposes of security and safety.
  9. You must not hang washing lines or tie ropes from trees or fences.
  10. Do not walk over vacant or between other people’s pitches.
  11. The Park speed limit is 5MPH. Drive slowly children are playing.
  12. Drivers must hold a full driving licence. No provisional drivers are to drive on the Park.
  13. All vehicles must be roadworthy and road legal.
  14. Do not use any generators.
  15. Do not use any electric scooters.
  16. Do not undertake any vehicle maintenance or repair on the Park.
  17. Do not wash vehicles on the Park.
  18. Charging of Hybrid cars & electric vehicles is not permitted using the pitch electric supply.
  19. No commercial or sign written vehicles allowed on the Park.
  20. No business, trade or agency services to be carried out on Park.
  21. No deliveries to be made to the park.
  22. Please recycle your waste, for all other waste place in a tied bag in the bins at the refuse point.
  23. No ball games to be played by the holiday homes.
  24. You may not use drones or other powered flying objects on the park.
  25. There must be absolute quiet between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
  26. Music must be kept to a low level and not be heard on adjoining pitches.
  27. No open fires or fire pits are permitted to be used. Don’t use wood on BBQ’s or other types of stoves. You must not collect wood for any purpose.
  28. Disposable BBQs must be placed on the blocks provided.
  29. Do not disturb any natural areas, cut or damage any trees or other vegetation on the Park.
  30. A small amount of Wi-Fi is available throughout the park free of charge. For larger use time codes can be purchased, however due to our rural location this service may not be the same as you are used to at home.
  31. Ensuite pitches must be booked for a minimum of a 3-night stay.
  32. All children and minors are to be supervised at all times on all areas of the Park. We have deep water ponds and swimming pools on park. Children are not to be left unattended on the Park.
  33. All children aged under 15 must be supervised in the swimming pool area by an adult (over 18) swimmer. No lone bathing. You must follow rules & procedure for the use of the swimming pool which are displayed at the pool area.
  34. Do not use fire equipment for improper purposes.
  35. Ensure that all of your party are familiar with the location of the fire points and the content of the Fire notices displayed at each point.
  36. Your pitch is available from 2pm. If early arrival is possible an early arrival fee may apply. If unavailable, you will not be able to enter the Park.
  37. On your departure day, you must vacate the park by 11am. Those staying in Lodges, Pods or En-suite pitches must vacate the park by 10am.
  38. The Park owners reserve the right to refuse entry to any person without explanation.

Rules for Caravan Holiday Home Owners

  1. All holiday homes must have a 1.5kg dry powder fire extinguisher or fire blanket kept in such a position to be ready for use.
  2. Only 1 car allowed to be parked by each holiday home.
  3. Turn off stop taps and drain down for the winter.
  4. Storage sheds and boxes must be approved by the management.
  5. All hiring of holiday home must be notified to the park management.
  6. Holiday homes must comply to current health and safety legislation.
